Caring for Your 925 Sterling Silver
Sterling silver naturally oxidizes over time when exposed to air, moisture, or sweat. This is normal and does not affect quality.
To keep your pendant shining:
- Store in a dry, airtight jewelry box or pouch.
- Avoid perfumes, hairsprays, and harsh chemicals.
- Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising.
How to Clean Oxidized Silver
Silver Polishing Cloth – Gently rub to restore shine.
Warm Water & Mild Soap
- Soak for 2–3 minutes in warm soapy water.
- Gently brush with a soft toothbrush.
- Rinse and dry thoroughly.
Baking Soda & Foil Method (for heavy tarnish)
- Line a bowl with foil (shiny side up).
- Add hot water and 1 tablespoon of baking soda.
- Place the pendant for 1–2 minutes.
- Rinse and dry well.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: 1-2 days for Order verification, quality check, and packaging. For pre-order products such as silver-made bracelets will take 1 week to complete the manufacturing after confirming the order.
- Local delivery: 2-4 days after dispatch
- International shipping time: 5-10 days -This refers to the time it takes for items to be delivered from our warehouse to the destination.
As soon as your product is dispatched for delivery, you'll receive a tracking number that will let you keep track of where your order is at all times.
