  4. New Item Dispatch: Once we receive and inspect the item(s) you wish to exchange, we will promptly dispatch the new item(s) to you. You will be responsible for any price difference, including shipping fees.

Note:

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for exchange unless they are damaged or defective.
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
