At Ceylon Kings Premium Products (Pvt) Ltd, our goal is to offer you the best delivery options, no matter where you live. Every week, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the Island, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: 1-2 days for Order verification, quality check, and packaging. For pre-order products such as silver-made bracelets will take 1 week to complete the manufacturing after confirming the order.
- Local delivery: 2-4 days after dispatch
- International shipping time: 5-10 days -This refers to the time it takes for items to be delivered from our warehouse to the destination.
As soon as your product is dispatched for delivery, you'll receive a tracking number that will let you keep track of where your order is at all times.
